Hi Theo! It is wonderful to "see" you! I have missed you. I do eat fish every now and then - not fresh though, mostly canned tuna and frozen white
fish - like Tilapia. I can't tolerate salmon and the more fatty fish. They make me sick too. I have tried and believe me, I find it frustrating. I just
can't seem to find a way to make it work. I keep hoping that maybe if I get some of the fibro controlled - get off some of the meds.... or something. I
don't know. It all links together. If I can only get some of these issues under control then maybe the others will get better too. I am sleeping a little
better. I average 5 - 7 hours now. So that's good.
Anyway. It is good to see you and I pray things are going well in your life. May God bless and protect you and all those you love.
It is good that you can tolerate a little fish. They call it brain food for a reason. The essential fatty acids are
important both for brain development and maintenance. Even canned tuna does help. Canned salmon is better if you can tolerate it. I would avoid albacore,
because of the mercury contamination they find in that particular type of fish. That amount of sleep isn't bad. Your prayers are always welcome. Thank
